Positive: The house owner was very helpful, easily reachable and most kind, we were in a bind with sending the luggage from Kyoto to Tokyo and they advised us on how to proceed since the hotel we were previously staying at couldn't help us. The house had every comfort to make someone feel like at home and even better. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was fully equipped in case someone wanted to cook. The bathroom very spacious for Japanese standard, as for the rest of the house. We didn't use it but there was also a parking space for those who have a car. Wide terrace to enjoy the evenings (we went in summer, during the day it was obviously too hot). The neighborhood is very quiet and clean, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away on foot. Tabata station is also a few minutes away, and with the Yamanote line, you can easily reach Shibuya and Shinjuku in 25-30 minutes. When I first booked the house, I was a bit wary because there weren't any reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance. The property was recently listed on Booking, and I can assure you that you will have a very comfortable stay.
Negative: Not a single thing. Be mindful that the house has 3 three floors + terrace floor with small stairs, so it might not be suited for people with mobility limitation. I had a 81 cm wide suitcase that I still could carry up the stairs without any issue (it was just very heavy after all the shopping haha).
